Delivery

We endeavour to deliver most products within 3-4 days, although some larger items may take longer. However all delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Although Plumbpoint constantly monitors stock levels, goods are subject to availability and delays are sometimes outside of our control. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer than originally expected.

Plumbpoint strongly advises you not to book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped.

Delivery is only to your front door, as the delivery company are not authorised to assist further than this. Please note the Customer is responsible for accessibility to the delivery address.  

 All items must be checked for damage upon delivery. If you are unable to check, please sign unchecked. Please be aware that when signing for goods, you are signing that they are in good condition and undamaged. If goods are damaged please do not sign for and ask driver to return goods.

Our delivery hours are 8am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time.

Please note we are only able to ship products to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. Shipping to overseas destinations is priced per order ,a quotation for delivery will be supplied separately.
