Plumbpoint are completely dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality, however, in the un-likely event of any problems with your purchase, our high standards of service continue, but we ask the customer to please read the terms and conditions listed below.
Any Returns and Refunds will only be dealt if accompanied with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will only be issued within 28 days of purchase (unless faulty) and the item should be in the original packaging and condition which it was received.
Damged Items; All items must be checked for damage upon delivery. If you are unable to check, please sign unchecked. Please be aware that when signing for goods, you are signing that they are in good condition and undamaged. If goods are damaged please do not sign for and ask driver to return goods.
NOTE: DO NOT FIT THE PRODUCT IF IT IS EASILY IDENTIFIABLE AS INCORRECT IN ANY WAY. The manufacturer will see fitting as the end user being satisfied with the finish and suitability.
Un-wanted Items; The Distance Selling Regulations (D.S.R) entitle the customer to a “cooling off” period of seven days from the date of purchase. The D.S.R. does not cover goods with packaging that has been damaged or lost. If you have received your goods and wish to exercise your DSR rights, you may return them, at your cost, subject to the following conditions: A) You have notified Plumbpoint via post or email within 7 days, B) The item should be in the original packaging and condition which it was when dispatched. DSR does not cover any special requested items, (ie; Bespoke furniture, specially ordered goods,ex display items) Plumbpoint may refuse any goods if written explanation is not received within seven days.
Contact our Returns Team at: enquiries@plumb-point.co.uk. If the return is due to an error made by Plumbpoint, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. Once the item is returned, in its original condition,as explained above) a representitive from Plumbpoint will then contact you to arrange refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
